Just curious where things are with MD. No blog posts for 8 months... what's going on? Can I rely on MD or is it being shuttered?

So there hasnt been any updates in a long time. I would really like mobile defense but i am about to give up on it. Is there ever going to be open registration again? Or a non beta version?

Hi, I was wondering now that we're almost to *2011* if you're any closer to releasing the new version of Mobile Defense. I would be a new user and MD is my first choice for gps tracking my phone, but nothing has been posted to indicate a release is within sight. Please let me know even a rough estimate, since it appears that months have passed since anything has been mentioned. Thank you!

So here's the deal. It's been 6 months without any comment or update on the progress of your program. This doesn't breed more interest, but instead turns people to competitors that are freely available. I'm sure at least 75% of the people who signed up for the beta did so needing your services soon. Since they did not receive that, they most likely turned to a competitor. And as any good businessperson knows, attracting customers from competitors is one of the hardest things to accomplish in business. Just as SocialScope, who promised an industry changing solution to social networking for Blackberrys. With their quiet and extended private beta, people turned to Ubertwitter and eventually the native Facebook and Twitter clients. You need to give people an update. You can only stamp the awards and commendations for so long before people give up on you.Just a little update would be extremely beneficial, and would definitely create more buzz. You need to think beyond code and in to the realm of business.
